Introduction

The minimum deposit on joyea9 is ৳100 (one hundred taka). The maximum deposit limit is determined by the applicable payment method and account type.

4.2 Withdrawal Amount

The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳1,000 (one thousand taka). Withdrawal requests are generally processed within 5–30 minutes after verification.

4.3 Source of Funds

You confirm that the funds you deposit into joyea9 are obtained from a legitimate source. Any transaction linked to money laundering or other illegal activity will be stopped immediately and the relevant authorities will be notified.

5. Bonus and Promotional Offer Terms

5.2 General Bonus Terms

• Each member may use each promotional offer only once.

5.3 VIP Program Cashback

Regular members can participate in the joyea9 VIP program. There are four tiers:

• Bronze: Weekly cashback up to 0.4%.
• Silver: Weekly cashback up to 0.8%.
• Gold: Weekly cashback up to 1.1%.
• Platinum: Weekly cashback up to 1.5%.

Advancement to each tier depends on the member's continued participation and activity.

6. Fair Play and Prohibited Activities

6.1 Prohibited Activities

Any of the following activities are strictly prohibited and may result in account closure:

• Placing bets using bots, scripts or automated software.
• Attempting to manipulate or hack any game or betting system.
• Using multiple accounts to claim bonus benefits (bonus abuse).
• Colluding with other members to gain an unfair advantage.
